Had taken 3 rooms. The hotel facilities and fittings were average. The bed linens had bad smell probably not washed well. Bathroom was leaking in one, flush not working in other, lock not in 3rd. Cleaning wasn't done well, Old stains all over. No cleaning products seems to have been used.

Visiting all is Lord Sri Rams pastime places was incredible. The Mandakini River is very beautiful, peaceful and clear. The places we visited were Gupta Godavari, Hanuman Dhara, Bharat Kup, parikram of Kamadgiri hill, Ram Ghat, Ram Shaiya, Janaki kund, Sphatik Shila and a trip to Kalinjar Fort to the Neelkanth temple. Lack of Development and aminities, lack of proper conveyance,...

Lack of Development and aminities, lack of proper conveyance, people are poor and illiterate, roads are rough and broken But important place due to connect ion with Lord ShriRam,Sitaji and Laxamanji.Rich in greenery,Jungles and water resources.Beautiful Ram ghat and boating in it adds to the enjoyment. If a person is ready to cope up with all these things,I am sure he or she will enjoy in Chitrakoot Dham.

Not a good time to visit during Kumbh mela.

Not a good time to visit during Kumbh mela. Roads are blocked everywhere in the city. Taxi hardly any. Auto rickshaw and electric rickshaw quote exorbitantly. Good food hardly available. Too much traffic
