It was the staff definitely. So resourceful and dedicated. I was there in hyderabad for just a night to attend a dear friend's wedding and while I watched a ton of saree draping videos, none of it helped and when I called the fornt desk for help - they didnt hesitate and sent help in the form of two angels who helped me get ready in 20 minutes and be on my way. I can't thank them enough for all they did.

If I could rate this place 100 stars, I would. Satish picked us up from the airport in a big beautiful SUV and he was incredibly friendly and kind from the moment we met. Our flight was changed and we ended up with a surprise layover in Hyderabad, and because we had an early morning flight, we decided to stay near the airport. Upon arrival at Barla's Homestay, we were very impressed with how clean the whole place was, as well as the very nice and convenient elevator. Our room has a beautiful balcony, and he also showed as a separate (even larger) balcony that we could also use. He knew we'd had a very frustrating and long day filled with cancelations and delays in the airport, so he even offered to bring us some beers. He also offered to help us arrange food delivery, and even brought some medicine for us to help clear clogged ears from the flight. I am beyond impressed by the room, the hospitality, and just how tranquil the views were. I will absolutely stay here the next time I'm in Hyderabad, and I recommend you do the same!
