SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury, HG-17071 is a recently renovated apartment in Reykjavík, near Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach. We recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at Edda’s SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury airbnb, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully & very tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to the smallest details, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—conveniently situated near Reykjavik (10mins drive) and was a great location to kickstart all our sighting tours/drive to the Golden Circle, and the other parts of southern of Iceland. One of the highlights was the spacious bathroom, which was a real luxury—plenty of room to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen island was another standout feature, perfect for both cooking and socializing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights and woke up refreshed and to a great view each morning. Free parking, with it's close proximity to our stay is a huge bonus. Edda, our host, is the most gracious and generous person ever. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and yet provided us with all the privacy we needed. We could not ask for anything more. Edda’s SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury airbnb exceeded all expectations. We would highly recommend Edda’s Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience! Thank you, Edda, for making our trip so memorable!

Just a 6-minute walk from Hallgrímskirkja Church and 0.7 miles from Solfar Sun Voyager, Luxury Apartment Central Reykjavík features accommodations in Reykjavík with a garden. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds and furniture, and kitted with a full kitchen. The location was perfect for walking to shopping and restaurants, and pools! And parking was never a problem, although we did walk most of the time. I did forget to take photos. Loved that they dressed it up for the holidays. Had plenty of books and guides on Iceland. Also had a nice booklet on local restaurants and pools! That was extremely helpful!

This family-run guest house, 1640 feet from Reykjavik Bus Terminal, is a 45-minute bus ride from Keflavik International Airport. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location in Reykjavik, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the amazing staff member, Ingi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The value for money at this place is exceptional. Not only did we find the accommodation to be affordable, but the amenities provided were excellent. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate, allowing us to cook our meals comfortably and saving us a significant amount of money in the otherwise expensive city of Reykjavik. The complimentary tea and coffee were a thoughtful touch, adding to the overall convenience and value of our stay. One of the standout features of this place was the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. Ingi, in particular, made us feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and helpful attitude. He even went out of his way to accommodate our needs, allowing us to keep our luggage at the property until we were ready to pick it up later, which was incredibly convenient for us. Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough. The combination of great value for money, comfortable amenities, and exceptional staff make it a standout choice for anyone visiting Reykjavik. Without a doubt, I would stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
Hlid Fisherman's Village had lots of "viking" character with some very interesting maritime realia, close proximity to Icelandic horses, heritage chickens, a koi pond, cedar sauna and two rooftop hot tubs. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the view was to the sea.
Nice Scandinavian vibe. Better than Oslo; i prefer Helsinki. Landscape is great, nice 'skyline' and village feel. Expensive [very] for the day to day things, snacks, coffee, etc. Practically cashless so that works well. ATM's all over if needed. Good outlets. Copious eating options. Eminently walk able. Airport could be much better and transfer to and fro - bit of a carbuncle but it the best they can do. Relying on taxis \c£150 each way, or a bus thingy which isn't easily signed or understood. I understand it now, but a the time i was rather angst. Return public transport is practically non-existent before 7am so if an early return flight you are a hostage to taxi fare. International Airport is 40 miles, roughly, from Reykjavik [45 minutes at 4am without traffic]. I am pleased i have visited and been out the city and seen the 'landscape'. It's not a location for a regular long weekend away for me, more a once only, but its nice enough. Perfectly safe and quite unlike Stockholm / Oslo. A place to take your fiance for sure.
Fantastic location, located closely to so many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need to enjoy your stay.... very easy to drive into Reykjavik or head out onto the Ring Road elsewhere.
ive already answered these questions twice. we paid for a superior room and got one. Neighborhood is out of the way but has great views and animals and is near the road to Costco. we spent 2 weeks driving the entire island and enjoyed it. This place has a theme tastefully done and modern amenities. The Viking Hotel restaurant where you check -in has a nice themed restaurant good food and service.
Be sure to visit the Perlan natural history museum for great views of the city and for a mesmerizing volcano experience. Also take the time to enjoy the hot tubs at the local swimming pools. Best restaurant - Salka Valka
This is one of ,,those,, accommodations where you want to spend the night after a week full of traveling. It is clear that the owner has a sense of detail and quality. You can feel the quality on the materials and furnishings, the equipment of the entire apartment and the services that are here. Everything is still new, clean. Situated in a quiet location. We slept very well! Parking in front of the entrance, Accessibility anywhere is perfect. Since it is new here, the accommodation does not have any review and even though I usually do not write reviews, I think this one deserves one. For the price, it is exclusive accommodation and we will definitely come back here.
