The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need, including a great coffee machine, very comfortable beds and air conditioning to mention just a few things we especially appreciated. Once again the host was amazing even letting us leave our luggage in the apartment after the checkout time so we could collect it on our way back to the airport.

The room was practically brand new and of extraordinary quality. It was as good as a five-star hotel. I was totally surprised by how elegant the room was. A fantastic location. Only 5 minutes by car from the departure terminal at Bologna Airport. The owner hired a taxi the night before to take us to the airport. The pre-booked driver arrived exactly on time early in the morning. The owner replied almost instantaneously to my questions on WhatsApp. It was the best communication I have ever had with an my Airbnb host.

Set within the Borgo Panigale district in Bologna, casa ottaviano has air conditioning, a balcony, and quiet street views. Amazing space, very large, very clean and the facilities were excellent. Amazing small touches like cakes, sweets and coffee. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
