I thought this is going to be a chaotic stay. To my surprise it was just perfect, very polite & helpful staff. The breakfast in the huge dining room was as good as it gets. Great coffee served exactly how you asked for it. Well cooked English styles breakfast with all the treat. Top selection of cold meats & pastries.

Very clean, quiet and everything you need Great little restaurant, which is actually the main part of this accommodation they are developing more so I would definitely return if travelling in and out of Rome food was excellent. We ordered a bottle of wine earlier in the afternoon and she provided cheese and bread and olive oil and meat was all lovely.

This property is part of a surprisingly nice agroecological farm and restaurant. The grounds around it are beautiful. Access to it is on your own and easy. The rooms are classy, spacious and clean. We rented this place only for one night to be close to the airport which was very convenient. However, we had such a relaxing time here we wish we had it for longer.

Loved the coffee/ tea and snacks available in the room!Several restaurants walking distance away.The host was very receptive,friendly and gave me great directions on how to take the local bus from FCO which saved me a lot of money compared to the overpriced taxis. Will absolutely stay again!
