The hotel may be getting a bit older, but has maintained it's charm and dignity. Facilities like restaurant, bar, gym, etc. charming and welcoming. The staff is extremely helpful and our one night stay before a flight home was made easy and restful by their efforts. Ending with them driving us to the terminal and thus saving us a ten minute walk pushing our luggage.

Casale Traiano is located in Fiumicino, just 15 miles from PalaLottomatica Arena and 15 miles from EUR Fermi Metro Station. Heat worked great. Beds were comfy. Rooms large. Very Clean. Had very hot water for shower. Very close to airport. TVs worked well. The attached restaurant was very good, and friendly.

1.4 miles from Focene Beach in Fiumicino, Domus Porto Di Traiano Resort offers accommodations with access to a hot tub. The restaurant was absolutely incredible and a total surprise. We stayed here because it was a good price for a simple accommodation near the airport for an early flight. We needed a meal and arrived to find a young chef working a small but brand new sparkling clean and very modern kitchen with a few tables. This man absolutely ASTONISHED us - the level of care and expertise he displayed when preparing our food was 10/10. He was a very sweet guy and he absolutely LOVED to cook. I am not exaggerating that after 9 days in Italy, the best pasta we had was right here, prepared lovingly by Fabio.
