Falcone-Borsellino Airport (PMO) Information
Location and Transport
Located 22 miles (35 kilometres) northwest of central Palermo, Falcone-Borsellino Airport (also known as 'Palermo Airport') is the second-busiest in Sicily. It is connected by a public bus, which departs from the Terminal Stazione Centrale every 30 minutes. Taxis wait outside the arrivals area, and charge around EUR 35 to the city (when the meter is switched on), with a journey time of around 45 minutes. Car hire is also available.

There are plenty of hotels within a mile (2 kilometres) of the airport, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. All offer a pick-up shuttle service. A typical coastal area with not a wide variety of choices but a couple of decent beaches and some places to eat and have a drink.. Not a particularly nice town.

Cinisi and Terrasini.
Cinisi and Terrasini. 💛 Small beautiful seaside towns. 14 minutes from Falcone Borsellini Airport. 🛫 Beautiful and peaceful cities.🏩 There aren't many tourists here, but you'll run into them all around. People here are extremely friendly and happy to help with anything. 💛 And the best is the coffee in the coffeshop 😋☕ With a small dessert. 🥧🍮🍰 And great ice cream. 🍨🍧🍦 The beautiful Magaggiari beach⛱️, which is not crowded in the off-season. The house, yard, and hosts were simply amazing!!
The house, yard, and hosts were simply amazing!! There were sun loungers and table and chairs outside, and the inside bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were immaculate! The kitchen was stocked with a large variety of breakfast foods, and when the coffee machine stopped working, our host was kind enough to go out and buy us another one.
