The house was beautiful, fully equipped, and spacious. It was located in a quiet part of the city near the airport. We were picked up at the airport and taken directly to the accommodation. The key handover was very quick and convenient. A free transfer is available from 6 AM to midnight, but unfortunately our flight was at night. However, we contacted the accommodation, and they gave us a number for a reliable taxi service.

This apartment is excellent! It is so perfectly clean, new and high quality that I have rarely seen before. It is on a quiet street, with many parking place without any parking fee. The main entrance door opened by personal code and she was so attentive that she set up one we can easily remember.
We got welcome drinks, there were coffee capsules, every kitchen tools that you need, premium quality liquid soap, body lotion, shower gel in pump bottle, more than enough towel, diahwasher capsules. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.
The owner is very kind and helpful, she gave us many advice.
If you want to visit Venice and mostly Triest but you want to avoid busy and crowded places this would be the best choise.

Friendly Host Cristina and Pablo….They have a small snacks.coffee and juice since our flights are early in the morning…They recommended us restaurants as well.Clean and comfortable bed…Walking distance to the Airport around 15 to 20 mins.Wonderful place to stay..I can definitely recommend it.

i liked the friendly helpful atmosphere. It was a little difficult to know where to arrive- into a busy cafe. Room and service was excellent. Unfortunately i was too late to enjoy the food but the morning coffee and croissant was great. . location close to airport was perfect.

I was researching somewhere quiet to stay for one night...
I was researching somewhere quiet to stay for one night before an early morning flight home from Trieste airport back to the uk and i found Statranzano -Donatella gave us directions to walk to the property and back to the airport - a code to get throught the gate also meant we were able to leave the property at 3.30am for our 20 minute walk to the airport. Likewise if we had chosen to arrive later for our stay we had the option to use the code. The property was perfect in a peaceful area and the room and facilities were excellent.

The house is easily accessible, parking in the yard. The rooms were clean, the breakfast is provided downstairs, it's a self-service, toast, biscuits, croissants, marmalade, butter, tea, different types of juice, water; coffee from a vending machine. You just leave the key in the basket provided at checkout.

Beds and mattress were uncomfortable, the property is ok for a few nights stay but not more than a weekend. Only one set of towels were provided for a 9 nights stay. The host did not offer cleaning nor fresh linen or fresh towels. The property is looking tired and dated and in need of a fresher decor. Bathroom facilities are good however the bathroom itself could do with a bit of TLC. The communication with the host was good.

The position of Monfalcone is just perfect - beaches, Miramare castle and Trieste and Udine are just a stone’s throw away. The city is nice, with a beautiful historical buildings and monuments, but the atmosphere there is just not so friendly.

There is no basic store nearby to even buy a bottle of water, there is a lot of garbage, the seaweed is not removed after the tide, there is a stench, the municipality does not monitor this, the green area around the beach is covered in shit, although there is a toilet on the beach

Monfalcone is not the most touristic place to be. we were there for a regatta so we visited, the sailclub/marina! we visited Slovenia (the caves) visited Trieste, Udine, Grado,... Monfalcone was fine, and a good place to start these visits. I like the authenticity and it not being touristic,
