The hotel is just one station away from the airport, really conveniently located. Our room was on the top floor which made the stay magical as we could watch the sunrise from our window. Not the mention the night view of the city. The room was quite spacious, everything felt new and clean. We also enjoyed the buffet in the morning.

Honestly I think I was lucky with getting such a spacious room. After missing my flight, I was able to get some rest at the Premium Hotel as the beds were by far the most comfortable. The building looks new. And it was of course clean. For those who like to shop the outlet mall is just across the way. I was so happy I booked after the stress of missing my flight. The staff was lovely.

Everything about this hotel is perfect for my landing on Osaka. The shuttle bus straight to the hotel, very smooth quick and automated check-in (no need to wait at all), staff were friendly, waiting at the front and bowing, great impression of Japanese politeness. I think they upgraded the room for us, so we had a large bed, so spacy for two of us and the baby. Very short walk to the train station for next-day travel. They even have a convenience store inside the hotel. Highly recommended!!!

We chose this hotel specifically because our flight arrived late at night, and we wanted to avoid the stress of traveling into the city to find and check into our accommodation. It was the perfect decision. The hotel is trendy, hip, and brilliantly no-fuss, with easy self-service check-in kiosks. We loved the complimentary amenities available in the lobby to take what you need. Highlights included the provided pajamas and the relaxing onsen that’s open until 1am (ideal after a flight). The morning buffet breakfast was also worth it—a great selection served on small plates, which felt like a perfect, thoughtful start the Japanese way without overdoing it. The incredible convenience of having a Lawson convenience store right in the lobby and the short walk to the Rinku Premium Outlets were major bonuses. For an efficient, comfortable, and well-designed stay right by the airport, we highly recommend it.

If travelling alone in Japan and not looking for a "traditional Japanese" accommodation, First Cabin is cheap, clean, and friendly. Well, they do have a shared Japanese style bath, so I guess that part could be called "traditional Japanese".

Second time staying here, this time in a japanese-style room. The location is grate, everything you need is aroud you - train station, konbini, eateries, donki. Easy access to/from KIX The staff is nice and helpful, and there's a cute robot to greet you. Thank You! The room has a TV and a refrigerator. Had room for 2 big suitcases. The shower room was clean and had everything you need - shampoo, shower gel, makeup remover, bodymilk, hairdryer etc The toilets were clean too. Had a great time staying here, see you next time!
