Big room. Very spacious and value for money. But do note that is good only if you drive. There is basically nothing around the hotel. Breakfast was a big portion.

I don’t know where to begin. When we first came, the host met us with a refreshment drink, which was delicious. We stayed alone in the whole ryokan, which was beautiful, everyting is put together, everything in its own place, everything where you need it to be, things in little boxes, baskets, decorative plates. It was beautiful. There was complementary bottled water, tea, coffee and japanese sweets as well as fruit, which were all very delicious. The location is also nice, a bit away from all the fuss of the city, but easy to reach. As we were about to leave, the host also made us a little present with a cute note on top, that was very nice of him. All things considered, it was worth the money, we had a very nice stay that not only met, but exceeded our expectations.

I am grateful to Tanaka san and Iseki san for their invaluable assistance in helping me to retrieve my lost item. They contacted the related department, explained my situation that I was unable to return and claim the item in person and arranged takkubin to send it to my last accommodation. This is located quite close to the station, so the trek with the bags on a very hot day was quite manageable. As many of the busses and the tram pass by the Station, it is easy for those who want yo 5ake public transport to the castle or spa to do so.

When I went to hotel, the receptionist women knew who was I? I was very surprised and she is very nice and professional. It had the welcome drink. Also, it has three washing machines and dryers. I was happy that there are chairs in the washing room for waiting people. The rooms are large and clean. The Wi-Fi is very fast. It just walk 5mins from JR station. It just walk 5mins to public spa. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone
