The free shuttle from the airport was easy to find. Fast electronic machine for check in and check out. Free breakfast but I missed it. Lawson is inside the building. The store itself was tiny and people had to squeeze in during peak hours but there is a spacious area to eat your food from the convenience store inside the hotel. Self-served toothbrush comb and skin care products. Cold and hot water dispenser at the lobby and a microwave to reheat your food. Everything was spotless.

I liked how easy it was to get to the airport through the hotel’s free shuttle bus. It made it so much easier to get around the city, especially for a first-timer. I also liked that there was a mini convenience store for my everyday needs. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Le personnel est joyeux et bienveillant, transport gratuit vers Narita Airport ainsi que Narita vers l’hotel. Un Lawson dans l’hôtel ouvert 24/7, nombreux restaurants, souvenir shop, etc! Juste épatant
