The staff were incredibly helpful. Our luggage handle got stuck in a way that would make us unable to fly. The concierge team within 5 minutes had a pair of bolt cutters to help us perform necessary surgery on our suitcase! The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and everything worked. My partner and I booked the Tobu Hotel for arrival and departure days from Japan and it was the best decision we made. It was easy to catch the free bus from the airport basically to our hotel room especially after a late flight and we didn't want to travel into tokyo. We then went to other hotels closer to the cities we were staying in for the majority of our trip, but the service at Tobu was a highlight for us.

The room was nice and clean with the bathroom having all the needed amenities. The mattresses were hard but incredibly comfortable. A small but very well stocked convenience store is located on ground floor. The shuttle busses to/from airport runs with Japanese efficiency and of course - the service is impeccable.

Close enough to the airport, and we managed to hop on the shuttle just in time (one every 20mins). Very seamless, nicely kept property. Rooms were decent, and there's heaps of dining options and a Lawson downstairs. Check-in and check-out was seamless, breakfast spread was pretty good and very reasonable. Would recommend overall.

Landed at Narita from Texas, took a taxi to the hotel, had a nice room, hotel was really nice and clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful, took a bus back to airport the next morning and caught a bus to the port for a cruise. This is a five star hotel.
