They brought a fridge to our tent when we informed them there wasn't one. Housekeeping is impeccable, room was spotless at all times. Nice gesture of hot water bottles in the bed at night. Drink requests delivered to the room early in the morning before game drive. A wonderful experience. Excellent overall

Mr. Jeyakumar, Mr. Munees and Arun took care of every detail, from airport transfers to safari arrangements, ensuring that we had a stress-free vacation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the hospitality at the camp was exceptional. Arun made us feel right at home with his warm and genuine welcome. The organization of the camp was flawless, providing us with delicious meals, a safe environment, and a top-notch safari vehicle for our daily adventures. Speaking of meals, the culinary offerings at the resort were outstanding. They catered to our specific dietary needs and every dish was a delightful fusion of local and international flavors. If you're Indian, you'll definitely love the Masala Dosa, Phulka, and Butter Chicken - they were absolutely delicious! But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the safari experience. As an amateur wildlife photographer, I was thrilled with the expertise of our guides, Benson and Simat. They not only ensured our safety but also provided us with valuable insights and thrilling encounters with the wildlife. They understood the needs of a photographer and positioned the safari vehicle perfectly to capture those breathtaking moments. They even went the extra mile by providing a bed in the vehicle for my comfort, as I was experiencing back pain from all the photography. Overall, our stay at the Lorian was truly unforgettable. The attention to detail, the warm hospitality, and the incredible safari experience made it a trip of a lifetime. We can't wait to visit again!

The staff were incredibly kind, genuinely welcoming, and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. The atmosphere throughout the lodge was warm, relaxed, and inviting. The location was perfect, right by the river where we could clearly see hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. The tent (both the bedroom and bathroom!) was beautifully appointed: spacious and luxurious. The food was great as well, all breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Without a doubt, this was the best lodge we’ve stayed at during our travels across Africa, and we’ve visited many! We would gladly return to the Masai Mara just to experience this place again.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist fast wie eine Safari: Giraffen, Antilopen, Zebras,... alles um einen herum. Wir konnten uns trotzdem zu jeder Zeit wohl und sicher fühlen, da jederzeit das Personal die Tierwelt wachsam im Auge hatte. Das Essen war sehr lecker und ausgewogen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere danken wir Joshua und Jonathan, welche stets ansprechbar waren und unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht haben.

Sobald es dunkel ist, wird man von einem Nachtwächter begleitet, falls Tiere vorbeikommen. Wir hatten Vollpension und jede Mahlzeit war liebevoll und sehr fein zubereitet. Zum Schluss ist zu sagen dass Magdys Team super Gastfreundlich, zuvorkommend sind und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht haben ☺️
