The sister and brother running the place are very helpful and always willing to help you. They booked our minbus and train ticket for our return to Luang Prabang. The breakfasts are great. The room with balcony very large and cleaned every day. There are bikes to hire. Across the street from night market and very close to all the tour companies to book your hikes. We had a great stay.

We only liked some of the staff who tried to rectify all the things that went wrong!!! In general, We didn’t like this property! The property is located too far from town! No transfer to town available when we needed it! They rented us a motorcycle that was knowingly broken and we lost a whole day because of it. There was no food for us during the time we were stranded at their location and the person who “helped” us … constantly changed their words in regard to us getting a ride to town. We ended up having to pay for a taxi to get to town to escape this “resort” that felt more like a forlorn, cheesy, adventure park
