I missed my flight and had to get another back to Australia. I was very stressed and she was so kind and helpful. Had a drink on arrival, helped me find a bank nearby and took me back to the airport. Shower was hot and good. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future....!
