During our stay at Johnny M we intentionally stayed only onboard. However I know the area very well. It is in the center of Malta and you may reach anywhere by car and also by public transport. There is a great relaxing walk on the promenade on both sides of the yacht. on one side there is an area with rocky beach where you may relax and swim in clear blue sea. Lots of good restaurants surround the area and there are a lot of bars for all type of people. Johnny M cannot be in a better place.

We asked the owner for some help he didn’t hesitate to come and give some help we appreciate. we felt like home my daughter like it staying there so much specially the tarace view. During my short stay, I had the beast meal at a little bistro very close to the apartment. Other food options were available too. I hated the public transport and the fact that you have to wave to the bus driver to stop otherwise they just drive pass you. I wish somebody told me that beforehand. Also, buses are never on time and they are around 15-20 minutes late. However, they are quite frequent and you can get everywhere in 10 minutes. I liked the Sunday flea market in Birgu and the whole Three Cities area.

Sadly, we didn’t have much time to explore Siġġiewi, as we only stayed one night because it was close to the airport. Later we learned that this small town and its surroundings have a lot of interesting history. We only managed a short walk along the beautiful coastline, but we really enjoyed it.
