The breakfast was great and glad it was included in our booking price! The shuttle was so convenient and nice to be close to the airport for an early flight. Our room was very hot our first night, they sent staff up to look at it but didn’t get better. The next morning, they gave us a key to a new room to inspect that room first to make sure it was cooler and it was so much better!

The place is beautiful, nice pool and decoration, have in mind that the place is located apart from the main attractions, so you will need a driver, or schedule it upfront. We are in cancun so expect the price. great staff, the lady and the boy Roy were great, please do not loose them! they makes your stay memorable, they are very gentle, and very pleasant to talk with. they asked me if I did not want to go to the pool at the night, it was really calm the night, I tought the water was cold but not, they were very nice to let me know to go in. I really enjoy the pool at night, (i never had it by night and was great) another feeling! amazing stay. Please be minded if you want to buy your own food, to bring it or arrange with car to go to the places, if I understood well, there is not many walking distance.

We loved the quiet suburban residential neighbourhood this hotel was located in and was just 9 minutes north of the Cancun International Airport. It is actually located in the small town of Alfredo V. Bonfil... in south Cancun. The on-site restaurant was great as well as the waiters and front desk staff. They were the most friendly people and helped make sure we were taken care of and we had them help to get our luggage up to our 2nd-floor room. With 18 rooms carved into a former mansion, we loved the Boutique feel of this hotel. NOTE .... If you are driving.... on the way to this hotel on the street it is located on... there are several CONCRETE SPEED BUMPS that will take out the lower end of your car if you don't crawl over them! Although we felt safe, there was a 20-foot? concrete wall around the entire perimeter of the property.. with electric wires on top of the wall. The front entrance had an extra-wide steel gate door that was locked 24/7. The on-site parking area also had a steel gate and was locked after hours. We have never experienced that before in a hotel, but appreciated the safety measures taken. The vegetation and landscaping, pool, and lounge chairs were all very well maintained.
