Good location and close to airport. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were fantastic. We had to take and early morning flight so we checked out at 5 am. Wonderfully clean and a great location near bus stations. The owners daughter speaks perfect English and was able to give us great directions on how to get places and do things. It's only a few blocks away from good local food and a supermarket for supplies, close to the airport, and the bus station has coffee for the morning. This was one of the cleanest places we've stayed in all of Nicaragua, too. There's also a great balcony!
