It felt as though we’ve known each other for many years. The grounds are lovingly maintained. Our room, was perfect with its elegant decor and cleanliness beyond expectations. Meals were delicious and well-presented.

Cozy and very comfy cottage at the real farm! Our kids were super happy to have an opportunity to feed animals :) short drive to the city center, supermarket and cafes. Thanks to Kevin and his nice family to host us at this accommodation! Highly recommended!

The view is breathtaking 😍 ✨️ especially at the sunset and the sunrise. Absolutely loved the place!!! There's only one thing to be aware of: The driveway was steeper than we thought and was also curved, so we could not take our boat to the top with a 2WD van and had to leave it at the bottom of the driveway-luckily was plenty of space. So, if you come on holiday with a boat, a 4WD is a must, as there's no chance of washing the engine at the marina and we couldn't find any possibilities of doing it elsewhere in Kaikoura. Other than that, it is one of the best places we stayed at!!! Highly recommend!
