Michelle and Andrew have a great set-up and create a comfortable atmosphere for their guests. We stayed in a cabin, which was spacious and comfortable, and even included a mini fridge and hot water kettle right in our room. The bed was very comfortable and our cabin and all of the facilities are well-maintained and clean. Besides the cabins, there are spaces available for camper vans and tents, and the grounds and facilities are accommodating for all users. The kitchen is well-equipped and makes it easy to prepare and sit down to nice meals. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Michelle and Andrew really go the extra mile to ensure that everything is clean and runs smoothly. And it was an extra bonus that there are pet birds, so cool to see. Michelle and Andrew are onsite and make themselves available to provide information and answer questions for guests.

Das Ascot Oamaru Motel ist einer der größten Motelkomplexe von Oamaru, nur wenige Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum, den Geschäften, der Blue Penguin Colony, der Oamaru Racecourse, dem Centennial Park und... Property was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, will stay here again.

Rose is like our mom. She ensured we had everything we needed, helping us reheat our pie and even dressing it up with her homemade plum sauce, which turned a simple market meal into a feast. Her home is incredibly tidy and cozy—you can't even find a speck of dirt on the bathroom walls. Her cats are friendly and sweet, and I’m sure even people who don’t typically like cats would be charmed by them. Rose’s place truly made my trip more enjoyable and memorable.

Die Stadt Oamaru ist knapp 10 Minuten entfernt. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein Highlight sind die Schafe und Alpakas, die direkt auf einer Weide um die Unterkunft herum, grasen. Die Tiere sind aufmerksam und können gefüttert werden. Die Vermieterin Jennie ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen :-)
