He made us feel like home and was up for a few jokes! The location of the motel was perfectly close to supermarkets in Thames and super central for hikes! The apartment was really convenient!

We had a great time here at what was the start of our trip to the Coromandel. We were met by Alby, a more friendly, helpful person you are unlikely to meet. The room was well lit and large enough to spread out and resort our bags from the flights. The view from the window was wonderful, and sitting in the hot tub and reading on the deck made for an enjoyable stay. Although it did not cause us any problems, (and I am over seventy), be aware that the property is near the top of a steep hill, and there are a few steps to the different chalets.
