A recently renovated holiday home set in Whanganui, Balgownie Estate features a garden. My stay at 49 Balgownie Estate was truly impressive. The facilities were spotless, spacious, and very well set up. A highlight was the board games, which made for such a fun time pass. It was excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting beautiful Whanganui. My family especially loved the peaceful location and the gorgeous flowers surrounding the house. Sue was an outstanding host, providing thoughtful guidance and taking care of every little detail we needed for our stay. Fantastic work team—keep up the amazing service! Highly recommended.

Featuring a garden and views of inner courtyard, Quirky Villa Homestay is a homestay situated in a historic building in Whanganui, 46 km from RNZAF Base Ohakea. Debby is a great host. Although we each had our own room & bed it has the communal feel of a hostel. Fairly short bus #210 into downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, clean,spacious, quiet, staff and owners were wonderful, very accommodating, would recommend definitely, loved the lodge cat called PussPuss, also very welcoming and friendly 😀 we will stay again

Great location. Walkable to main street and food, and also quiet and tucked away from the noise of the city. Clean and welcoming. Beautiful garden and home. The owners are truly wonderful, kind, and amazing people. I felt safe and right at home.

ASURE Cooks Gardens Motor Lodge features a garden setting, 600 metres from the CBD and Wanganui Opera House. It offers free on-site parking and unlimited free WiFi access. Absolutely epic power shower, very comfortable bed and good linens. Plus quieter than expected considering location

Located in Whanganui in the Manawatu region, The Bungalow has a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. This is a peaceful little unit at the back of the house, beautifully equipped for an overnight stay (in our case) or longer if required. We only met Lauretta briefly but she was very pleasant & helpful, especially with a recommendation for dinner at a small bistro on Victoria Ave (which turned out to be superb!), a 15-18 minute walk away. Continental breakfast was tasty & plentiful. All in all, highly recommended.

Located in Whanganui in the Manawatu region, Luxury Living Central College Estate Springvale features a garden. Beautiful, warm comfortable home. Lovely beds and bedding. Lots of extra little touches. Great location to supermarkets, pump track, pools etc. Delicious cereal, juice and yoghurts left for breakfast. Fejoa tree was a bonus!
