Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Studio ist schön eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Tür öffnet mit einem Code, so dass man auch keinen Schlüssel verlieren kann :) Die Unterkunft eignet sich super für alleinreisenden. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichende Strand. Dieser scheint überwiegend von Anwohner*innen genutzt zu werden, wodurch man mit etwas Glück ganz alleine dort sein kann. Der Strand erstreckt sich über mehrere Kilometer und eignet sich super für einen Spaziergang. Ansonsten erreicht man aber im Umkreis von 20 Minuten Autofahrt noch weitere Strände sowie die Möglichkeit verschiedenen Bushwalks und Lookouts.

Waking up to the birds and frogs. Very comfortable and novel. Doorways bit low and caught me out a couple of times.

Breakfast choices (Porridge, Muesli or Weetbix) with Yoghurt or Fruit Salad and a jug of milk and juice in the fridge. Beach Towels for the beach which is a 5min walk up the road. Spacious Bathroom/Laundry and separate loo and lovely clean white fluffy towels & flannels. Not too far from town and Would stay again & recommend to others.

Das Livingston Motel ist eine 5-minütige Fahrt vom Wanderweg Nga Tapuwae o Toi und 15 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen Whakatane entfernt. Very clean comfy room friendly staff,great location.Would stay there again.
