We stayed here for one night. - As the name suggests, it's a very big villa. Very huge property. - The owner was very friendly and she will offer a taxi service from the ferry (with good rates compared to what you see online). - We came 2 hrs earlier, although we were not able to check in, we were allowed to keep our luggage inside. We paid through credit card. After check-out, we kept our luggage outside of villa as our flight was in the night 10PM. (It was safe to keep luggage outside). - The property is huge, so you have multiple spots to chill and relax. In the outside, there was balcony on ground floor and 1st floor, also seating space in the backside of the villa. - The kitchen is huge, so is the living room (Kitchen could have been more clean, but not major issue). There are 2 washrooms, 1 in ground floor and another in the 1st floor. - A big thanks to the owner as they have a continuous running water filter, so you can have lot of drinking water availability. Kitchen was very well equipped. ( Although it was tricky to use the gas stove ( we couldn't use), be sure to check with owner how to operate during check in, Thankfully, we didn't need it, as we used the electric pot rice cooker to heat some things up). - It is close by to the airport which is a major positive. Location (read carefully) : - Close to the bus stand. (We used public bus during our stay). Also, it is close to a super market. During check-out, we even walked back to the airport from the property. - The property is very, VERY steep ! I am a hiker and a fit person, I could walk from the bus stand to the property, and the walk in itself was a good hike ;) - If you are not fit, you cannot walk from bus stand to the property. Don't take this lightly. - DO NOT THINK, you can carry/push trolley to the property from the bus stand. IMPOSSIBLE. You need a car to come to property with luggage !

The apartment is very spacious and peaceful. It was very convenient to be so close to the airport. Laura fetched us there and was very accommodating when we had changed plans.

Situé à Pointe Larue, l'établissement Chez Payet Airport Guesthouse propose un barbecue et une terrasse. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bains privative. Super halte avant de reprendre l’avion tôt le matin. Grand appartement avec 2 chambres (immenses lits), 2 sdb et un salon cuisine bien cosy. Essentiels (café thé…) On pensait pouvoir rejoindre l’aéroport à pied mais l’absence de trottoirs nous l’a empêché. On a pris un taxi organisé par l’hôtel à 200 roupies. Super accueil par le gérant et une employée. Ils nous ont bien aidé à régler un problème .

It’s a great place to stay, closer to airport, walkable distance around 1km. Host is a brilliant person and always ready to help in case you need anything.

Installé en altitude, le Villa Kayola - Self Catering est situé sur l'île de Mahé, à 15 minutes à pied de la plage d'Anse aux Pins. Un parking privé gratuit est disponible sur place. The views are stunning And Jimmy with his wife(The Hosts) we're lovely and welcoming I recommend this place and definitely will be back soon here.
