Very cute little room with everything you need for a short stay/transit. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Coffee, tea and pastries were provided as a light breakfast..so everything was just perfect before our next flight. Location was amazing, exactly in the famous Jewel Mall, you just walk 3 minutes to Terminal 1.

Staying at the Aerotel was a game-changer for our long-haul travel, providing an excellent place to shower, lay down and refresh ourselves before the next long flight. The rooms are excellent, like a hotel room, with shutters to give you the illusion of windows, with a modern bathroom to wash away the airplane grit. We didn't get to try the pool due to the very limited opening hours, but would love to come next time when that's possible! The hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and a food area, but was easy to walk from here to Terminal 3's fab Sinagpore Street Food area as well. We also enjoyed the small free meal provided, which was perfect when we arrived to give us a little something before crashing out to sleep. Would definitely stay again on our next trip!

We arrived after a long flight and were welcomed by a lovely young man. He was attentive to our requirements. Showed us how to walk down to the boardwalk, and where we could get the complimentary shuttle back to the hotel after our meal. He suggested we take umbrellas as it is the rainy season in Singapore. When we said we had to leave early next morning for a flight he attentively arranged our taxi and early morning call and said that as we would miss breakfast he would have sandwiches and a drink ready to take with us. It is the small things that make the difference so well done.

Changi Airport (SIN) Information
Location and Transport
Changi Airport is Singapore’s main aviation hub, and can be found 11 miles (17 kilometres) northeast of Marina Bay, the capital’s Downtown. To get there, travellers can hop on the MRT train, changing at Tanah Merah Interchange. Trains run every 10 minutes. Alternatively, you could take the 36/37A bus, which stops at all terminals and runs every 10-12 minutes, or a taxi from outside Arrivals.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
There are plenty of hotels located inside Changi Airport, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. There’s plenty on offer to keep you entertained before takeoff too. From innovative art installations to a 24-hour cinema, Changi Airport is essentially a one-stop entertainment hub. Terminals 1-3 even have their own rooftop gardens, with plant species from all over the world and incredible views of planes taxiing along the runways.
Terminal Information
Changi Airport currently has four main passenger terminals, with Terminal 4 being the newest, having opened in 2017. All terminals are connected by a free Skytrain service, which operates every five minutes from 05.00 to 02.30.

Many restaurants available nearby hotel, so the traveller guest can select the place according to his/her individual choice of food. I generally used to eat at restaurant OSMAN OR restaurant HABIB. Try to have some Food/Beverage at Restoran BANAFEE Seri Alam near TODAY's mall. One can buy fresh fruits and other necessary shopping at TODAY's mall nearby. Pharmacy shops are available nearby in walking distance, which is very good. Possible for the travellers to connect to other cities in Malaysia from TBPG (Terminal Bas Pasir Gudang).

This was my 14th visit to Singapore as I go every December to bring Christmas presents for my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
Singapore is expensive, hot and humid all year round- no winter here, clean, totally safe to walk about 24/7, easy to travel anywhere on the MRT and buses. A perfect example of how people of all races can integrate properly can be seen in Little India and Chinatown (also the cheapest shopping areas are Pagoda Street in Chinatown and Serangoon Road in Little India). The cheapest beer can be found at Albert Court, a short walk from Rochor MRT. 2 Tiger beers for $8 SGD

An 'awsome' city in the true sense of the word.
An 'awsome' city in the true sense of the word. Travelling around the city is efficient and cheap. People are helpful and friendly. We never felt threatened or unsafe. An incredibly clean city.
Singapore is a relitively high income city so you don't find the shopping bargains that you might in some other Asian cities, but I wouldn't call it expensive.
