I can only say good things about this place. First of all the family is really nice and via whatsapp always reachable. Secondly they organise whatever you need (ride, car, boatrip etc). I didnt to a boatrip so cannot tell much, but organised a car within a few minutes. Of course it is basic but still clean, hot water and the best Wifi I had so far. It is in the middle of nowhere, you either need transport or quite a bit of walking towards Santo Antonio or the beaches. I did it, Beaches are about 2-3h round trip. Santo Antonio about 2h round trip but quite steep. Dinner I eat twice and both times plenty and good and it is afordable. The son even speaks perfect english, which is super rare in STP. The cherry on top airport transfer is free

THe resort is exceptionally clean and well cared for, our room was spotless and we also had a lounge which was great. The staff are amazing, a really nice place to stay

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Einen Kühlschrank, Filter Kaffemaschine, zwei Herdplatten, Klimaanlage, grosse Veranda, Küche mit allem um eine Mahlzeit zubereiten zu können. Ein Badezimmer mit warm Wasser zum duschen :) Es war eine schöne Erfahrung die Affen auf der Veranda und in den Bäumen neben der Unterkunft anzusehen. Die Betreuung durch Joaquim Andrade war super. Achtung, lasse den Schlüssel nicht im Haus. die Türe schliesst automatisch. Zum Glük hatte ich das Telefon nicht im Haus und konnte Joaquim anrufen. Sónia was very friendly and more than helpful, particularly when my mom got sick. The food and company were also great. I would highly recommend this place.

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay on Príncipe. It‘s just as beautiful as in the pictures and Bracino, the dog, is the sweetest addition to this home you could imagine. Rita regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and the property manager Joaquin was super helpful. Every morning, he brought us fresh fruit from the farm. ❤️ It‘s just a ~7-10min drive from the biggest town on the island and Rita has many recommendations for restaurants. There’s also a beach within walking distance.

We had a great stay here. Initially, we were planning to stay at their beach location, but decided to give this one a try for two nights, and we are so glad we did. We did not have high expectations going in, but the experience truly exceeded them. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had read some reviews mentioning that the staff didn’t speak much English, but we could really see how much effort they have put into improving this, they did their absolute best and communication was never a problem. The highlight was definitely the view from our room, it was absolutely breathtaking. Photos just don’t do it justice!

We had a lovely stay at Valdivia Homes, the cabin is cozy and clean, the terrace has great views to the jungle and the sea. The WiFi is really good, as well as the hot water in the shower! Joaquim and Rita were very helpful during our stay, they helped us with the airport pick up and with the moto rental.
