Unfortunately, when we arrived at the place, we did not find any free rooms and they explained to us that several reservations came in from Booking at the same time. Which was a big lie, they offered us a terrible, dirty apartment and literally left us on the street with our child in the middle of the night. They refunded our money but did not offer us an alternative, a normal hotel. :( We had called in advance

The staff Osama (Usame) is an excellent host to take care of each and every need. He made our trip so easy and comforting. He arranged local sightseeing & day trips for us. Also, he arranged a rental car. The apartment is good in all aspects. It is situated in an excellent location, near to the airport and supermarkets around. Car Rental services around. The place is family safe. Perfect stay for the Trabzon vacation.

    The Sumela Monastery is a must see.

    The Sumela Monastery is a must see. But the bonus is the breathtaking views on the drive up to the Monastry. Nearby Rize and the tea farm is beautiful. But the peace de resistance has to be Ayder. Like the Swiss Alps with its unique Turkish culture. The views is not to be missed. The snow capped mountains with its mountain streams and the “Devil river” used for Riverafting. Lots of construction on the roads, building more tunnels. The construction of the houses, apartments along the mountain slopes, is Engineering perfection.
