Located in Taipei, 1.3 km from Liaoning Night Market, Grace Hotel Dunbei features express check-in and check-out and free WiFi throughout the property. Overall was great. However , during our stay , we had a horrible experience on 24/12/23 early morning around 4:20am , which the emergency alarm in the room was triggered twice ; after we call the receptionist , was told that “may be someone “ accidentally touch the emergency alarm that it was triggered for the whole hotel rooms. That doesn’t make sense if only one of the room guess has some emergency case , how can the emergency alarm triggered in every rooms ? Anyway. After that I can’t sleep back again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was cosy. Exactly what I needed after travelling for over 24 hours.

Warm hospitality. Breakfast is also very good, especially the selection of a la carte, but buffet could be better if there’re more choices.

It features modern-style rooms and free WiFi access throughout the entire building. this is an excellent hotel that provides many detailed comfort measures to the customers. super soft bed. free laundry facilities. many free toilet treats and even for kids. the common area is nice and spacious. the facility is super clean. it is located right in front of the subway and main road. we are deep sleepers but for people who are sensitive to traffic noise, might need to ask for rooms that faced another direction. it’s 2 min walk to MRT brown line. brown line is slightly less convenient than other MRT lines in my opinion but nevertheless! I will stay at this hotel again!

Ideally located in the Songshan District district of Taipei, Tai Hope Hotel is set less than 1 km from Liaoning Night Market, a 11-minute walk from Taipei Arena and 1.9 km from Xingtian Temple. The checkin and checkout was really smooth (barely took 5 mins). The staff was really kind and polite, especially the cleaning staff who made sure we came to a clean and organized room everyday after travel. If I travel to Taipei again, I am definitely booking again.

Taipei is wonderful!
Taipei is wonderful! So much to see, do, eat and buy! The only thing I would change is probably not go in the hottest time of the year end of July to August. Public transportation is fantastic. Super easy, affordable and clean.

Great transport and easy to move around.
Great transport and easy to move around. Based in Taipei and I took day trips such as Sun Moon Lake and the Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen to some places of interest. Stayed 3 days at Beitou - love the hot spring bath in my hotel room and had relaxing time. Attended 3 days of silent retreat at Pingxi too.

I love Taipei!
I love Taipei!!! How organized and easy their transportation system from the airport to the city and going around. But more than anything, I love their night markets. If only I could try and eat everything. Their milk teas, they are all yummy regardless of where you buy it from. So many places to visit. I definitely will come back here.

I think the mix of traditional and tropical feel in Taipei was really interesting to see. There was a large range of places to explore - from artist villages to nightlife. Getting around was easy with public transport. Overall a fun place to stay.
