It was a pleasure to be served by them. The food was very good and well prepared with some nice wines. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was excellent and it was easy to walk to and from the airport.

A young vibrant city that was very clean everywhere we travelled. The T system was easy to navigate and reliable. Had some great food. Any Bostonian’s we spoke with were always cheerful and helpful. We packed so much into our week. It was great - can’t wait to return!

We didn't visit Chelsea during the day, just got some take out food one of the nights (there are options not too far from the hotel). For what we saw around the hotel, it didn't strike me as a particularly beautiful area, but it's a short drive to Boston, and very close to the airport (but we didn't hear any plane noise.) We didnt explore public transportation options to Boston, but my impession is that can be a hustle. However it'ss close to Boston, so if you have a car is a short drive and my guess is that a taxi or Uber should be affordable too.

Winthrop was a great town!
Winthrop was a great town! We walked to the yacht clubs and Deer Island - enjoyed the beach front, picking up shells and clams, and the local restaurants had some pretty good food! Try D'Parma and Woody's! Bus transportation was great (except on Sunday) so we didn't need a rental to get anywhere we wanted.

I loved everything about the hotel.
I loved everything about the hotel. Unfortunately, they charge for parking. This was not disclosed when I booked it and when my husband saw the pending charge on the credit card, I was told it would come off because it was already part of the fee through booking.com. While $15 will not break the bank, in the future I would probably choose another hotel based on principle. I don't appreciate surprise expenses when I travel.

Their is so much to do, see and eat in Boston.
Their is so much to do, see and eat in Boston. My 2 days in the city wasn't long enough so I will be going back. A personal favourite for me was the Boston Tea Party Museum, very interesting and emersive. Be sure to visit the Italian quarter for a Canoli at Mike's Pastry, the queue was out the door (the best review you can give a place) and it's worth the wait. The city is very well serviced with buses, trains and the subway but is also easy to navigate if, like me, you like to walk everywhere or you can hire a bike.

The great staff.
The great staff. The super clean room. The large breakfast dining area. It was nice being able to move around to get our breakfast & to have plenty of seating available. We didn't have a chance to explore Chelsea, as we needed to spend our 1 day there driving to Ellsworth, Maine & back. So we were only in Chelsea 2 nights. But for 2 across country, tired train travelers (from LA to Boston), this Hampton Inn was terrific. Oh - the beds were super comfortable too!

Very close to Boston Logan Airport and downtown. Revere Beach was also about 10-12 minutes away depending on traffic. I’ve been staying at this hotel twice a year since 2024. The rooms are nice and very clean. Staff is super helpful and amazing. This time around was my 1st time trying the free continental breakfast. I was blown away. Way better than I expected. All the staff working in the area were helpful and greeted everyone that entered. I will definitely be returning next summer once college classes are done for the spring semester.

Both a Blue Line stop and the main Logan Airport Rental Car facility are walking distance 5 min from ES. I saw airport employees walking to work through the nice park in front of the hotel. Their complimentary breakfast was terrific!
