Very clean, comfortable room. Well equipped - we had everything we needed, plus some. We had a little trouble getting into our room (our fault), and the caretaker very quickly sorted it out for us. Very well run place.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The accommodations were perfect – clean, quiet, and very comfortable. But what really stood out was the service. Kelsy the front desk manager was outstanding – warm, professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of. She made me feel right at home and went above and beyond . And Moses truly went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality were deeply appreciated. Winooski is a convenient place to stay based on the ease of driving into Burlington, which only takes 10 minutes. Had a lovely breakfast at Sneakers Bistro and a good lunch at Asian Bistro. The only downside is the frequent noise from aircraft coming in to land at the Burlington airport.

Breakfast was great with a variety of choices each day. The room had plenty of room, it was very clean and cozy, the bed was great just the way we like it. Everything was as it should be and it was quiet easy to some some rest each night. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeableof the area.

This was a nice place to stay.

This was a nice place to stay. It was modern, clean, pleasant, and had all the amenities you might need if traveling. It was also close to the highway and easy to find if you don't know the area (like I did not) and wonder if it is convenient - it is.

Access to the surrounding area was very good. Lack of Restaurants in the local vicinity was very disappointing. Most places to eat were Sandwich, Pub type eateries. We loved Smugglers Gap and the Fall Colors, The Green Mountains also was a relaxing drive to see the Color Changes. We would avoid a First Floor Room a the Motel because they are very noisy when people above you walk around constantly in their room. The Motel could use some upgrades, Carpets, New Tubs, ( ours had been painted ). Good note, The Water in the Shower was extremely warm which felt nice on a chilled evening.

I have family in Burlington, so visit as often as I can.

I have family in Burlington, so visit as often as I can. I love to go to my favorite places there, including Mazza's farm, the Vermont Country Barn, ferries on Lake Champlain, MT Philo,, Namaste Restaurant among many good ones there, and Lake Champlain Chocolates. I also visit Stowe, VT about 25 minutes away, and the Cold Cider Mill nearby. If travelers Google Burlington tourist attractions ,there are many good ones. Also the fall foliage is unbeatable!! This area is easily accessible to the ferries, Rt 89, and rt 100 which is a very scenic drive. I love this area! Also the famous church street market is fabulous for shopping and eating, and don't forget Vermont Teddy Bear and Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory!

The bathroom is very nice Lots of towels available Good quality Shower was big however did not have hand held shower which is very convenient The room had a small kitchen area very practical although we did not get to use it Just need at least 2 bed pillows per person we were 2 in a king bed

This hotel was very poorly run and maintained.

This hotel was very poorly run and maintained. When checking in, we were given the opportunity to open another credit card. This is not acceptable. The room that we were given was around and behind the front of the building . We drove over a driveway that was in major need of repair, and we had to park in front of two garbage dumpsters. The electrical plug in the bathroom did not work , and the rug was dusty and didn’t appear vacuumed. The room faced a chain linked fence. We did not feel safe. Yes, we should have requested a room up front. Booking.com should make a visit to the hotel. It does not meet the standards that we have experienced in the other hotels that we have used.

Well, I was a bit disappointed in the surrounding city environments. The cityscape seemed disorganized and in desperate need of a more aesthetic appeal.. I rode through residential areas which I found to be most disheleved. Maybe because I am a retired educator I found the University area very uplifting, My reason for coming to Vermont has always been during the Fall Foliage season. I've beento the touristy areas at least 5 times and mostly stay at The Lodge of Spruce Peak in Stowe, VT. However, let me add The Lodge at Spruce Peak paled in comparison to the Hilton in Burlington. Hyatt could learn a lot from the Hilton.

Keep away this is a really shady place.

Keep away this is a really shady place. The beds smell like sweat and butt. There was blood on the carpet in the room. Some really shady people staying a few rooms down from me. This looks like a couple's or junkies motel. Do not bring your family here.
