There was no breakfast. The room was spacious and laid out nicely. The bed was comfortable, the TVs were easy to program (we brought in our own ROKU which worked great. The pots, pans silverware, glasses plates were fine. Location was good with good transportation to all of Kenosha through I94, W50 and 158. Some nice restaurants nearby and shopping. Wireless worked fine and was fast. The fitness center was clean and adequate.

great location to stop between Chicago and Milwaukee or Green Bay. we were going to a Packers game so this was a great stop from our long day from around Toronto Canada and left us with a little drive to Green Bay the next day. great restaurants around with Texas Roadhouse and gas stations right there. great breakfast and for the first time i have ever seen this you got a complimentary Beer at their bar for that night. I would stay here again if I were going to another Packers game

Room lighting was dim, bathroom lighting was too bright and a glass door on the bathroom not a great idea for the person that didn’t want to get up. Doors slam very loudly at all hours. But the facility and the faculty is great otherwise. Rooms are clean, breakfast was good.

First, the staff was welcoming. I mentioned my wife was in the hospital they would ask how she was doing. I have difficulty walking and the night manager came and assisted. In fact a couple, staying there also helped. Will difficult staying in a motel and away from home it was the best place I have stayed for comfort and a great staff.
The only issue is that the floors in the bathroom and entrap were very slick when wet. Additional ‘shower map’ would have alienated my fear of falling walking from the bathroom to the shower.

My first stay here was unpleasant and Idid not feel safe. Someone was banging on my door very loud I got up from my sleep and felt scared. I looked in the hole of the door no one was there, went back to sleep, few minutes later there this banging on the door louder and angrier. I got so scared and looked again, it was a black woman, big and with loud mouth and told me “ this is the third time I picked up the bag of trash in the hallway” well I did not know that I can not leave the trash out because I saw someone else was doing it as well. So she told me that to throw the trash to the dumpster myself. Housekeeping comes once a week but never clean my room. Hotel is good for short stay. You will enjoy it but for traveler contract for work like me who stays 13 to 14 weeks. You will see how the hotel becomes trashy. Dumpster was overflowing with garbage and smelly, unpleasant staff one at least this woman who was banging on my door, reported her to Mr Robert Brown, nothing happen because she was rudest and more harsh to me which I do not deserve as a guest. I don’t even know how this staff was hired because she is the most impolite hotel staff I encountered She also called me on the phone to disturb me from my class meeting just to find out if I am in the hotel, I am in the class and I said of course I am I have two weeks hotel reservation, she called me to ask that and upset me to tell me that I was raising my voice. You just disturb my class meeting for something unimportant and being rude on the phone. Manager should be sending this person to anger management class or customer service class because she does not have the qualification. She will pull this hotel customer satisfaction and leave negative reviews if she continues.

The Sheridan inn called an hour before check in to say the were overbooked and could not accommodate my stay. Booking.com then gave us another option: zion inn and suites. It was horrible. They were remodeling, everything. No amenities at all. Staff is unfriendly to say the least. We enjoyed a lot of time in Racine area before this. JEN G'S PIZZA & PUB: loved them. Bartender was the best, food was great and you got plenty. That place saved the day for us.

Overall Racine is a very nice town. We enjoyed the beach and also visiting the lighthouse. Lake Michigan was beautiful as usual. Traffic wasnt too bad except in the areas where there was construction. It is located just the right distance from activities in Milwaukee. There were plenty of options for food and drink in the area.

We actually didn't know we booked a hotel that was in Wisconsin at time of booking because we just looked at the distance and the price. We were at Six Flags in Gurnee/Chicago IL. Super fun time! it was so close to the hotel only 15/20 minute drive from where we were and was straight highway driving. We booked dmfir the price and the breakfast. Surprised when saw the room and happy to swim in the heated indoor pool. The price for everything we got was incredible! We were excited to see that we crossed the state line into Wisconsin as we no idea we were so close to Wisconsin. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway!! Next time we come here we will check out everything Wisconsin has to offer! 😊

We needed a hotel close to our event and ended up being a half mile away. The hotel is right off of the expressway and is busy, but the hotel is far enough off the strip that it was quiet. The parking was plentiful and safe. The hotel itself was nice. We did not use the pool, but breakfast was good and although we came towards the end of breakfast time, there was plenty of food options for us. The other guests were quiet and respectful and we moved through our weekend without issues. We were able to go outlet shopping and had lots of dining options nearby. This place was kind of a diamond in the rough. We had a great experience.

The hotel looked fairly new. The room was pretty small. The bed was good and had good pillows. Good place to stay for extended time. We are older and handicap. Our room was to be for handicap but there was a mix up. The front desk clerk helped us to get a room at least on the bottom floor. The hotel is located in a good area. No continental breakfast.
