This hotel is located near Newark International Airport, 1.3 km away from Terminal B. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from all terminals, soundproofed windows and on-site dining options. There was free coffee and tea service. Christmas/holiday decoration was beautiful at the front desk and lounge. Staff at the desk were very kind. Even though my first name and the last name was written opposite in order, the front desk lady quickly managed and processed it and we had no problem checking in because Japanese people write name last name first then first name. Requested early check in and paid $40 which I thought was reasonable.

It is a residential area and it becomes quiet after 6 PM.
It is a residential area and it becomes quiet after 6 PM. You can find small eateries nearby but you will have to travel a bit to find shopping centers. I liked the place it is very clean and have nice helping people around.

I visit my son in Newark every month.
I visit my son in Newark every month. As a single father who wants to spend quality time a son, Newark offers many places to visit. American dream mall its just 20 mins away and you can spend a good day with a lot of entertaiments, recreations, restaurants, and more. I like visit Newark for its closines to NY city too. People are nice, police officer are nice, food is great, I never get borde in Newark.

I chose to spend time so quick in Elizabeth instead to go back to my home town because of the time but after I chose to save the day after all; I would be regret if I didn't choose to stay. The house light beautiful. The back yard is super elegant at the night. Inside in the living home, it was gorgeous. All the way up, at the top floor was my paradise. That is the time I realized my stay was amuse. Thank you Elizabeth neighborhood.

Location was close to NYC but the neighborhood is not...
Location was close to NYC but the neighborhood is not somewhere I would stay again. The street was narrow and people were quadruple parked -single file at the side of the house that other tenants had to knock on our door, move our car so that they can leave. Thankfully, it was just an overnight stay for us as we could not wait to to leave the property the next day. Property was also at the basement that was not mentioned at the booking. People who have disability would think twice to book it.

Could never reach a help from booking.
Could never reach a help from booking.com for the problem I had. Arriving at the place I notice a email letting me know the room was not available any more. Even I HAD PAID ALREADY. I did try to reach the owner and Booking.com No success. Until now I don’t have idea how to get the reimbursement.
