Location was good. I had a pool side room. Staff was wonderful. I was greeted when I arrived. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was above average.

Could not use the $10.00 vouchers for breakfast. The young lady said she did not know how to do them. Air conditioner in our room did not work. Nobody came to look at it. The inside pool was ice cold. The only good thing I can say is the noise level was very low.

It's best if you have a car to stay at this property since...

It's best if you have a car to stay at this property since it's not walking distance to too many things but it did seem like the staff were more than willing to help call taxis for you. The staff really were the friendliest and made you feel welcome right when you're checking in. Breakfast was included which is always nice and the room was clean and spacious.

There is nothing positive about this place!

There is nothing positive about this place! The pictures you have posted DO NOT match the rooms at all! It was a complete dump! The most disgusting room I have ever seen. I couldn’t stay there, I left and found another room. I would be ashamed to be affiliated with this place at all!

One more thing the drive to the Hotel which is behind a...

One more thing the drive to the Hotel which is behind a Famous Restaurant is full of potholes an dirt someone I don’t know who has to repair that drive/ or pothole filled road this will take away from the business an it has been like that for years but the Hotel was great just driving through a road that looks like the bombed out Gaza Strip is horrible.

The location was pretty good but the night staff was rude...

The location was pretty good but the night staff was rude and although they post signs of “quiet time” between 11:00 pm and 7am they allowed parties at night on the patio out back until 12:45 am two of the nights we stayed. If you want peaceful sleep this is not the place. We called the front desk and complained - to no avail!

The area around the hotel was rundown and people were just driving through the parking lot although they were not staying at the hotel. Many vagrants walking through the parking lot checking cars and no security on site.

Convenient location to food, shopping, etc.

Convenient location to food, shopping, etc. Facilities were clean and the staff was helpful and personable. Had to come back to Grand Blanc for a funeral. Chose Comfort Inn over other less expensive hotels due to its location (off the business of the main road). Will definitely come back to this location in the future.
