The check in guy at front desk was fast, and the bellman (African-American guy) was so accommodating and kind and took all our luggage to our room. Breakfast was yummy!! We needed a cheap hotel close to JFK and this was perfect. The room was clean and had all we required. Staff helpful and shuttle service was very useful.
