Perfect bathroom, big bath, lots of hot water Great TV with lots of options Inc Netflix etc There is free shuttle from airport but it's quick walk too (I just got the Lax it free shuttle to Uber car park and crosses the road). Stored by luggage on final day and used shuttle to get to airport There is small bar/shop by reception although bar opened at 5pm, there are other hotels nearby that have more food options, subway and cheap cafe opposite etc

Homelessness and public drug use was a turnoff. Friendliness of cumstomer service was a pleasent and enjoyable part of our trip. Venice beach was a little disapointing, but the Uber drivers were very friendly and helpful. Not very many places to get a good meal in the area we stayed, but the 7-eleven had just about everythingwe needed to get by and the staff was very friendly.

I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

Inglewood is basically the gateway to LAX, with that you get a lot of easy fast food, Starbucks etc...but nothing special about the neighborhood. Big shops nearby. It is also only down the street from the 2 main venues there

I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. The airport shuttle was late taking my family to the airport. Water was shut off with no warning or water compensation z

I just was there overnight on my way to visit relatives elsewhere. I went to High School in Torrance so I'm quite familiar with Inglewood. There are many fun places to go and interesting things to do there.

Very comfortable hotel very close to the iconic Venice Beach. We had a King Room with great beach/city views. Nice airy room. Breakfast was self service but it had very good coffee and delicious yoghurt with granola, as well as pancakes and other tasty food. Valet parking not cheap, but the car park on the ground floor of the hotel was safe and hence no worries. Really quick to get onto the Promenade which goes for miles. Very clean everywhere. Also if you are travelling from LAX Airport this isn't far to travel.

The free shuttle from LAX is super handy. We booked an extra large twin room with sofa bed as we were travelling as a party of 4 (2 adults / 2 kids) - the room was huge with plenty of space for us all. The hotel is approx 800m from a train station and we went to Santa Monica for the day; it was very easy to get there on the train. We also spent time in the pool which was great. The buffet breakfast offered a decent selection of food which set us up well for the day. I would stay at the hotel again when visiting LA.

Near to LAX Airport, the free shuttle from and to Airport is very convinience and available 24 hours. Room are clean and spacious, good for transit, near to fast food (McD) and Starbucks. The hotel restaurant and bar is not open 24 hours, so need to anticipate if you feel hungry. Amenities of the toilet need to upgrade and added, and its free parking.

Classic Best Western experience, the hotel is fairly close to LAX, parking was no problem, the room itself was clean and everything worked well, especially the TV was nice. Breakfast was good, though not a lot of choice available. Check in and check out was fast.
