We booked this property after a flight change with 24 hours notice. We were a group of 4 adults one child and would only be there for 8 hours max during the night. Easy to get in due to hosts detailed instructions. The property was well appointed and clean with very large comfortable beds. and some nice artwork. We had a very quick stop over for a flight and it more than exceeded our needs. We were literally there to sleep but could easily have stayed for longer. You could hear some noise from nearby train but not unexpected with location and did not prevent us from dropping off. Shower was nice and spacious bathroom along with towels available. Full sized fridge freezer and more than adequate kitchen facilities. Large tvs with vast selection of channels. The wifi worked well. It's a very short journey from MIA and very reasonably priced. We left some property behind and the host messaged us very quickly afterwards, however, due to flying out to another location early we were unable to return. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

2 double beds, enormous space, a desk for me to work.
Big screen and of course the bathroom also spacious enough to take a shower with my husband.

It was an older hotel. The carpet was really dirty and felt wet . The shower was all scuffed up. A lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom. It was close to highways and nighttime construction going on so it was very noisy. It was not what I’d expect from a Holiday Inn.

Florida have some of the best highways I’ve experienced anywhere for a long time. Unfortunately, the maniacs who drive those roads forget common courtesy for those who isn’t as familiar as they are.. 80 mph in the right lane, please give me a break and I’m used to drive in on the Audubond.

Nothing to see in correlation to the advertising photos, minimal interaction with the guest, depressing hygiene (five days of stay and not even the garbage was taken out, less bathroom cleaning and change of sheets) room with cigarette smell (for my unbearable for being asthmatic and non-smoker) Disappointing!

The room was clean and spaceous, but you had to pay extra for a microwave. The cleanning staff was very inconsiderate! They completely ignore 'Do not disturb' signs and the maid kept changing the temperature of my thermostat so that I froze every time I walked back into the room at night. The first day I checked in, I notified the Front Desk that the lock on my patio door did not work correctly. I could not open the door with my key from the outside. I stayed there for 5 days and the lock was never fixed.

We enjoyed the City Tour from South Beach, Little Havana...
We enjoyed the City Tour from South Beach, Little Havana Cuban nightlife, Wynwood Art, rich and famous houses on Star Island and an evening photo of Miami skyline. There was a hive of activities in Bayside Marketplace from tours, souvenir shopping, food and free live on-stage Latin music and lively crowd when we were there before US Thanksgiving week.
We visited a) the well known Vizcaya House and Gardens with great photo opportunities, b) to Key West at the end of Florida Keys which is an iconic and scenic road trip to the southernmost point of US Continent. Here, we visited Nobel Laureate Enerst Hemmingway's ( actually owned by his 2nd wife ) house, studio and cat descendants of Snow White and c) saw 4-5 alligators in different spots after the speedy airboats slowed and moved into the shallow waters in the Everglades Holiday Park. They shoot and give you a free souvenir photo of yourselves at end of ride.
As for the famous Art Deco architectural hotels along South Beach, the heavy crowd and traffic scene, can easily distract you. It is better to visit a cruise port town called Napier, in north New Zealand which is famous for its Art Deco architecture but with a country village feel.
Overall, Maimi is a very interesting city to visit for a few days before we embarked on the Caribbean cruise.
