They were really accommodating with my situation I came over from Canada and had booked and cancelled and then rebooking again due to border issues day of and on a weekend and they were polite and were able to cancel and rebook with no extra fees. Highly recommend for a comfortable safe stay without breaking the bank. Also near an airport so a plus.

This hotel is close to the airport with shuttle service. Reception was very personable. Great work out room as well as a wonderful large hot tub and pool. The room was lovely and I noticed even the corners were clean which speaks to a great cleaning staff. Bar service and Breakfast were great and Desai made great scrambled eggs. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. Management, went above and beyond to offer assistance when needed. Overall, the staff was exemplary. A few renovations are planned for. I would most certainly return and do recommend this hotel.

Staff was super friendly and accompanying.
We had concerns about a dark spot under the mattress cover. The front desk guy was understanding and helpful as he and my husband searched the spots. It was just lint. Lol
Thankfully, no bed bugs as we suspected.
The front desk was helpful in putting our food in their refrigerator so we could go out for the day and explore the city after we checked out.

So easy to get around using Uber! I suggest hitting up one of the local bars before the game. Most offer shuttles! We had a great time at Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub! The wings on the service were top-notch!

This hotel was filthy dirty...it was disgusting. I approached the worker and requested a refund for the upcoming night and explained why. I waited 2 hours and approached desk to different worker. She said"if you dont want to stay get out of here". She furthermore called me "crazy". I then got e mail denying my refund. I have several pictures I already sent to you

I grew up in Tosa (Tosa East) and love it. Just don't know if I could stand a winter. Have been living in FL now for 30 years. (But don't like the heat --- more humid in WI than in Tampa Bay.)
Just up for a short cousin get together. Did not travel anywhere, other than cousins' homes in Brookfield and Oconowomoc. Then I was picked up. Did not rent a car.

I booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed.
I booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed. The room did not have the sofa bed. I returned to the receptionist desk and displayed my confirmation email which indicated what I rented. The receptionist (who wasn’t particularly affable in general) wasn’t terribly interested in solving my problem. She merely told me they don’t have king rooms with sofa beds. I explained that’s what I rented. She appeared annoyed and called for a manager. He also indicated that sofa beds were not available in the king rooms. He seemed more interested in convincing me that he was being truthful about the nature of their accommodations. I simply sought a resolution. Eventually he did provide us with a room that had double beds at the same rate.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites needs to confirm that the information Booking.com is posting is accurate.

Milwaukee is a lovely little city to walk around. It's Public Market is a delight, with lots of local produce. It's obviously very popular. We enjoyed our walk along the riverside, and seeing the public art, including the bronze state of the Fonz. Lots of good pubs, too. The free tram is a great idea, too. But it's the art deco buildings that really give the city its character. The airport is really good, too. And you must visit the Art Gallery and watch the wings open and close.

The Domes was fabulous. I would like to go back. The Art museum is a work of art by itself. The whole area has architecture of beauty and age. I loved the river walk, it was so peaceful.
There are lot of small coffee shops , a necessity for me. The variety of foods is great.

I still haven’t heard back from them about a booking I made when this man put me and my baby out because he swear my room smelled like smoke I told him it could have lingered but it was no way I would smoke in the room I been renting with every motel 6 for about 6-8 months straight trying to get my living situation together and to be treated like that with no refund being put out into a snowstorm is foul

Location wise is great. It's very close to the lakefront, the MKE Art museum and other places. The hotel is nice and clean. The food at Stella Van Buren, the hotel restaurant is was good. I also liked that there is a Colectivo Coffee shop and other restaurants within the building.
