Located on O’Hare International Airport grounds, this hotel offers an indoor walkway to domestic terminals and the Blue-line train station, offering easy access to downtown Chicago. Excellent service, super easy for us to use the underpass to the Chicago airport for our early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, room facilities and really great food and service in the restaurant. Worth paying extra to get the ease of close proximity to the airport.

This Schiller Park hotel is less than 2 miles from the Chicago O'Hare Airport and offers airport transfer. The hotel also features free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool and rooms with 32-inch flat-screen TV. Very comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I got there was so nice. I came in very late because the hotel I was in lost it’s power so everyone had to leave. I called Four Points up probably close to midnight and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.

Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave.
Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown. I personally hate the stop and go on the expressways and at certain times it takes much longer to get from one place to another than the nice trip through town on Grand. The very quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located is a huge plus. You really will enjoy the good breakfast and if you like to workout their exercise room is really great.

We arrived for breakfast, seated ourselves. We waited 10 minutes before our server came over to tell us the Chef just went on break and would not be back for 30 minutes. We had to leave. There was a used dirty towel in our bathroom. There was no ironing board in the room. The TV in the living room did not work. The The AC could not keep the guest sleeping area cool.

it was just a room. Beds hard, Small. Fairly clean. We paid for a delux room and when we got to the room it was not a delux. The person who checked us in said nothing about it not being delux. She could not give us any kind of refund and said we had to contact Booking.com.

Great area, there is a lot of hotels and stores, super close to the airport. My favorite spot is a polish market that I visit every time I’m in that area - it’s KD market - they have everything a polish person misses from home. Getting around Rosemont is easy, but there is a lot of traffic on the way to the airport.

Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena.
Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena. Parking left a lot to be desired. Had to park in the Bo Jackson sports parking lot and walk to the hotel. Didn’t appreciate guests drinking beer in the lobby. Room was very clean but did not appreciate that we had no chairs and table in the room .only had the bed and one place to put our clothes on.would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Got the impression that we were bothering front desk people .

I had reserved a suite.
I had reserved a suite. I told them I had small dog. The description of the facility did not say anything about a pet fee. When we checked in I was charged a $50 pet fee. I think that was to much for one small dog for one night. We are staying at Best Western and the pet fee is $15. Very reasonable. Also because of having a pet they removed me from the King Size Suite to a smaller room. The elevator was a hassle to use. Very slow moving and long waits use it. Our parking was a long walk .
