Situated in Norwood, Residence Inn Boston Norwood offers 3-star accommodation with free bikes and a fitness centre. I was very positively surprised by this hotel – it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, much larger than I anticipated. Of course, that means you sometimes have to walk a bit further to reach your room, as mentioned in another review, but I gladly accept that in exchange for such a generous room size. The kitchen was perfectly equipped – far beyond what I expected – with everything you might need for a longer or shorter stay. This really made a difference and was one of the highlights for me. I would definitely stay here again, and I’m now aware of this hotel chain. Whenever I travel by car in the future, this will be one of my first choices. Some reviews mentioned the surroundings as a negative point. For me, it’s quite the opposite: the big advantage is that you can park for free, drive right up to the entrance, and access your room at ground level or with elevator. Of course, if you’re looking for a holiday hotel with a picturesque environment and sights right outside your door, this might not be the right choice. But that’s not the concept here – the concept is affordable, spacious, and very convenient accommodation, especially for travelers with a car.

You have a nice looking lobby and room was clean. The AC unit was loud. In Booking.com it says $6 for breakfast, I understand if it was a mistake, but when I brought it up and showed the manager she didn't have the decency to at least apologize for this (How was I suppose to know this) All she said was "well, that's booking.com problem that has nothing to do with us" I just feel it could have been handled differently and It would have changed my experience over all. At first she made me feel as If I was lying, then when I showed her the evidence she just blamed Booking.com. I understand you might be running low in workers but probably something to look at. I don't think I would use this location again, I felt mistreated. RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT.

The staff were not pleasant, the wifi which was free was not available then they stated they gave me a discounted charges for me & I didn’t have access to the wifi. The pool area was closed but was not stated in Booking.com as so, the manager was not helpful or consistent in resolving issues brought to his attention. The guest above our Suite were extremely noisy you could hear running back & forth over our heads all hours of the day & night. The breakfast was terrible bottled water, apples, yogurt cups, packaged bagels, cereal cups & granola bars. I feel like this staycation was a waste of money & time. We were unable to relax or enjoy. Without wifi/internet access missed a very important zoom mtg, a lot of phone call & text messages. The staff was not helpful at all. Harley ever at the desk they should have a bell or something to get their attention when someone is standing at the desk waiting to be assisted.

While we were there we went shopping, dined out and enjoyed our time at the hotel. We shopped at frugal Fannie‘s ate at the Château restaurant which was very convenient being in the same parking lot with the Hampton Inn and we weren’t far from patriot Place for more shopping and entertainment

I like everything except the pool service Very poor Not in pool service make me frustrated The Clorox in the pool area was too strong make my eyes very red and you can not feel good inside the weather or they don’t have a good ventilation in the pool area, but very good cleaning, very good people, god hotel, good breakfast, nice people

Advertised airport shuttle. No transport available. Took nearly two hours to get there. No transport back to airport. Tried many taxi providers. You can’t call the day before. Call on the day snd none available. We had to hitch a ride. Very dangerous and expensive. Room very basic and had an unpleasant smell. Bathroom fair. Beds acceptable. Emailed hotel many times before arrival. Transportation confirmed at Booking.com. Generic welcome email in response. Rude assistant when we asked to cancel. Cheated!!!!!

Restaurants were within walking distance which I like...
Restaurants were within walking distance which I like because I don't like to have to go too far after a long drive to find a place to eat. The food at the Chateau was excellent and the service was very good. There was easy access to the highway to get to where we needed to go. We were there to attend a family funeral so this was not a vacation/fun trip so we did not engage in any activities.
