For a older place it was very clean staff was helpful and funny didn’t try the breakfast because we were visiting with family so up early and left gear location we would stay again when we visit. Offering a free shuttle to Wild Horse Casino and Golf Course, just 7 minutes' drive away, this hotel located in historic Pendleton city centre provides a daily continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The room was large, huge bed, very comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast was a bonus, and overall we enjoyed our stay in Pendleton.

All three of the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Everything has been newly renovated and looks great.. The king bed was very comfortable with quality sheets. They have complimentary brewed coffee for you in the lobby. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. They even have a little sauna.

It's my home town so I know it well and could show my friends from Germany what a small town in the U.S.A. is like compared to the major cities they/we visited. Pendleton might be small, but it has a creative community and much to offer during the spring through fall. Winter is a quieter time, but there are some local restaurants and the Oregon Grain Growers Brand Distillery & restaurant that are lively & offer great meals and adult beverages.

The hotel was DISGUSTING.
The hotel was DISGUSTING. Outdate shower. Dark scary hallways. The carpets were dirty. The room was not clean. There were stains on the chairs. Old tile from the 70’s in bathroom. Couldn’t adjust the temperature of the water. We were NOT notified that the lounge/bar/restaurant was not in service until AFTER our reservation was made. It was an absolute nightmare and absolutely disgusting. Old, disgusting and dirty. There was blood on curtains. False advertising with pictures on website.

My sister and I stayed here for a two night visit to Pendleton. The hotel is only a few miles from downtown, the Round Up grounds, Hall of Fame, and Pendleton Woolen Mills. Even though we were by the airport, it is a small airport and we never did hear noise. The hotel itself is quiet and very clean, as was our room. Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in front and just across the drive. Be sure to check out the Barhyte Specialty Foods shop on your way to or from on the airport road. Small shop with some very reasonably priced local products (mustard, dressings, marinades, soup mixes, etc.). We will DEFINITELY be back.

We were there for the tunnel tour.
We were there for the tunnel tour. It was very good. So much information about the history of Pendleton. I could have listened to the tour guide much longer. Since we were there for a short time and the weather was pretty rainy, we will have to go back to Pendleton, again, to see other sites, participate in other activities, and learn more. We ate at Roosters. Very good. We, also, ate at OMG! Burgers. It was very good, also. The employees at both places were very pleasant and helpful.

The place looks like it was recently renovated, which was nice but the little finishes didn’t seem completely done. Missing trim at floor by the tub for instance. But it was clean, neat and the lady at the desk was very nice.

This was a the worst experience ever.
This was a the worst experience ever. Please train your management to deal with problems in an appropriate matter. Your lowest level of employee showed more respect than management. Please educate your folks in strategies to solve problems .
