Hello, It was a great experience for me. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I only had problems with the wifi, but Ahiman, one of the hotel staff, helped me a lot with this. I had booked a king room, but when I wanted to change my room due to wifi, they transferred me to a higher level room without charging a fee. The hotel is generally very clean and the rooms are spacious. It is close to public transportation and also has a parking lot for those with a vehicle. It was a good experience overall. I would like to thank Ahiman very much. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Great overnight stay.We know this area well and were pleased to be in a clean friendly area.We had booked an earlier stop but were horrified on arrival so kept driving.Very glad that the Westin could accomodate us.Nice corner room.Kindly gave us a late check out.Easy to eat in the hotel or close by.Starbucks in the foyer was great for coffees.

The front desk person at check in was welcoming and professional (I saw him just once). The facilities are excellent and at a very convenient location. It was easy to get from and to O’Hare Airport.
Breakfast was included and it was good. The kitchen staff kept the area clean and everything, such as plates and cups were always available. I saw some hard working women in that area 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙂.

The location is great.
The location is great. The staff and service were outstanding! We had a junior suite that included breakfast in the club room. The breakfast is mediocre. It is a continental breakfast and is complimentary with the room fee. The only hot dishes are oatmeal and eggs. The eggs may be powdered eggs because they were tasteless and dry. The junior suite is very spacious yet could use an update. The furniture is old, scratched, and heavily used. Overall, a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the amenities on the property are great.

Good enough for a pleasant stay without the high price.
I like being able to walk to the restaurant next door on either side of the property.
The area overall is a large "Green Space" with plenty of trees which I really like.
Fresh air from the Forest Preserve/Nature Preserve nearby.
Municipal Airport nearby.
The always friendly and courteous staff is a plus.

Not much more to say. Everything at Hotel was good. Perhaps music a bit loud on returning to Hotel at entrance ( Lobby area)Friday night. Not that late, before 10 pm. Could not hear a thing on 3rd floor and slept good.
I mainly was with girlfriend who has house in
Des Plaines. We went Downtown a couple of days by train. Walked all around Chicago & taking
train plus bus connection. She knows Chicago well. Living her whole life there. Nice trip.

I brought my swim trunks hoping to do a few laps, only to find out the pool was closed for remodeling for two weeks. It's not fair that we were not notified and could have made different arrangements to stay somewhere else. We should get some kind of refund. We shortened our stay by a night. Hilton has done nothing to offer any kind of refund or coupon. They will need to earn my business before I ever stay at a Hilton!!

The front desk staff and breakfast team were extremely kind and courteous. Although we never saw the cleaning staff in person, their work was consistently excellent and noticeable in every detail.
Overall, it’s clear that everyone is fully committed to delivering outstanding customer service — and it truly makes a difference.

This is my first visit to Arlington Heights. I like to stay here when I stay local near but not in Chicago; just personal preference. Clean, convenient service stations and accessibility to the non toll highways we needed to travel.

Chose the city because of location to local loved ones. The hotel area is bland and a bit run down. There is little by way of grocery / shopping near by. It is near highways. Neighborhoods are upscale, and good dining is within 10-minute by car.

Des Plaines is cozy, comfy and pretty quiet. We really enjoyed the variety of food and shopping in the area and the neighborhoods were so quaint and beautiful. You are just a hop, skip and jump from the airport and just a little traffic jams away from the hustle and bustle of Chicago.

They lied about having King Suite rooms but still charged me...
They lied about having King Suite rooms but still charged me for one. They put my disabled elderly mother at the end of the long hallway. Mold on baseboards, thermostats being installed, torn wallpaper, loud traffic from adjacent freeway at night and loud banging from construction during the day. I do NOT recommend this hotel forcouples, business travelers, families, those who are disabled, seniors or anyone with allergies to mold.
