Was in a great position, on the bus route from Khiva and opposite the bus station. The staff were very accommodating and after a 10 minute wait, gave us our room around 10.30am. Plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend. If you fancy a walk it's an hour's stroll to Avesto monument along the canal - a hundred metres from the house. Very helpful hosts (who have English speaking daughter/son on hand). Hosts will also help with transport problems/organisation.
