Situated on a quiet street on the outer skirts of the town you will find the ivy farm. The friendly couple has build this place by themselves and put a lot of care in to every detail of it. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable and the view in the morning quite nice. Make sure to try their coffee and food that they offer. Their coffee is grown with an organic philosophy in mind and the food is Traditional and locally-sourced Vietnamese cuisine.
The farm is located South of Da Lat. There are some waterfalls to visit that can be reached by motorbike. But it is also worth staying here for a day or two if you have a good book in your suite case and hang out with the dog and two cats.
Ivy farm is a great place for anyone who would like to discover the countryside around da lat without stepping too much on the beaten paths of the main touristic areas. It is a real farm house, so naturally there may be some bugs and mosquitos here but there were not too many in our experience. If you are lucky you might meet a local frog or snail in your house after rain.
We had a great time here and highly recommend it for travellers and coffee lovers alike.

Just do it ! We spent 1.5 days at this farm and it was incredibly good. Jenny, the owner is your personal guide during this time and you are the only guest. You cannot only see the coffee production from the tree to the roasted bean, but also do every step on your own. The deep knowledge of the owners about their nature environment is not only limited on coffee, but on all the surrounding plants and fruits you will see while discovering their different coffee fields.
Moreover we visited a silk production factory and learned a lot about silk production, which is done by some neighbours.
While staying there you really feel part of their family when enjoying the meals together, that they prepare for you in the meantime (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Of course you can drink their coffee and other types of coffee in a lot of different preparation styles all the time (all the equipment you can use free all the time). The same with local fruits, always available in the kitchen.
We arrived there by bus from Da Lat (30min).
The organisation of the stay is totally individual and Jenny had always a good idea what to do next. So we also visited a temple and the Elefant waterfalls nearby.
The sleeping room, bath is everything very clean and comfortable.
When we first saw the 10* ratings we were a little bit sceptical, because often in Vietnam you can't rely 100% on the reviews. But after staying there, we honestly and easily have to give as well 10 points.

Situated in a beautiful forested area, this resort is close enough to the airport (about 15 minutes~), but also within reach of DaLat city (due to road closures it took almost one hour, but once the roads are fixed it should only take 20-30 minutes.). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, picking us up at the entrance gate with an electric shuttle to our room/ villa. The manager efficiently oriented us to the place, and was available via WhatsApp, or by room phone at all times. The room was all new and very clean and organized, we had a small view to the forest, but many villas were clustered together. We loved the hike up to the forest and along the paths to the waterfalls. Loved the vegetation and bird songs. The restaurant was good, and the menu extensive. Food was all good, and the kitchen particularly made food without MSG (Bot ngot/ ajinomoto) due to health concerns for the additive, as well as one person's vegetarian diet. We would definitely like to return, maybe for a family reunion it would be a very place to meet family/ friends in the resort setting.
