Clean, simple, great solution for a short (checked in at 2am- and out at 8am), close to airport. They offered a transfer from airport but we had a car so we did not need. Our room was recently renovated (SEPT 2024 - Room 50)... we are happy we stayed here. Yes it is a simple hotel and not a resort... and it is close to the ferry.

We visited with my sister's family and ours which consisted of 4 adults, 5 young adults aged 23, 21.5-, 20-, 18- and 17-year olds. The meals which included breakfast was great. It was a buffet and had a great range of choice. The omlette station was a hit and very popular. We had all our dinners at the resort. It was true what others were saying that there were no other restaurants nearby to go out for dinner. People also said the meals weren't that great at the resort which we did not find at all. All our meals were so nice, and we did not have one meal that we did not enjoy - complements to the chef! The resort itself is well maintained and beautiful. The pool area was really nice. We spent a lot of time at the beach as the water was warmer compared to the pool. We actually extended our stay by a few days which was no issue at all. I did have an issue with my Marriott membership, but the staff fixed that for me with no hassles. Upon leaving at 4am to catch our plane our taxi was late (the staff had ordered the taxi the day before for us). The front desk kept calling the taxi to see where he was. In the end another staff member offered to drop us to the airport in his own car which he did not need to do - unfortunately, I did not get his name but a huge shout out to him. Overall, a great resort and would have no hesitation staying again!

The glass doors open out to a patio where you can sit, looking out over the beautiful pool & an amazing vista beyond. Perfect place to read a book & listen to the birds. Paul & Joan were fabulous hosts, really friendly & helpful but not the slightest bit intrusive. They made us feel very welcome.

The outstanding hospitality of owner Lolita (in 4th generation) together with her long-time staff is unmatched. She's very hands-on and present. Mon-Sat you can take her up on a ride into town if you haven't rented a vehicle yet. Her recommendations for restaurants and car rentals in town are golden. Being further up high, the temperature is lovely. No AC needed. The beds are appointed towards the valley, lovely morning views included. The shower was one of the best we encountered in the region with strong hot water. The billiard room made for good evening activity.

Picked us up from the airport, was very welcoming and thoughtful, taking us to a shop for supplies before dropping us at the house at 9pm.
