The lodge had absolutely every little thing you could need including a bank of cables and USB points for charging devices. The kitchen was very well equipped and laid out. The scenery was beautiful, with an abundance of Birdlife. We had nyala and giraffe visit the lodge, plus a little bushbaby!! An utterly amazing experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! The host was excellent at communicating and we had the best stay!

Located in Hluhluwe, 24 km from Makasa Nature Reserve, Tinswari Self-catering Chalet provides air-conditioned rooms and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The units are extremely private and surrounded by nature, animals roaming around and plenty of birds. We really enjoyed the walking trails (all well marked), easy walking with various animals around. The reserve had a back up generator and great wifi (not that you want it) The unit was well equipped with stylish and practical finishing. We really enjoyed the loungers next to the pool, afternoon shade helped. We found the perfect weekend getaway from Durban, about 3 hours drive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nguni lodge. Location was perfect and there was plenty of peace and tranquility. If you love animals and nature this place is perfect. We can't wait to back 😊
