The hotel is great! All inclusive package is really good. Nice people work there. They are very helpful and friendly. There is a great variety of food and drinks available and included in all inclusive package. We enjoyed our stay there and we will definitely come to Ajman Saray hotel again!

We picked this hotel from the reviews of its location and we were thoroughly happy with it. As a person who gets hungry easily, I was relieved to see that there were 24 hour eateries pharmacies, convenience shops just steps away and the metro is within walking distance. Although the furniture is a little dated, our junior suite was large with a kitchenette and well stocked with pots, plates in case anyone wanted to cook or heat up something. There was also a good sized fridge that had a mini freezer! The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. From the time we arrived at the unearthly hour of 3am, Ms Jasmine and Ms Supriya at the reception were very understanding of our predicament and helped us get an earlier check in time. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to them - we really needed the rest as my spouse was not feeling well. Our heartfelt appreciation also to Chit Tun who always cleaned up our suite so well daily and responded to our requests swiftly. Daniel the lifeguard at the pool was also another example of the hotel's friendly staff. Jhun and Giri at the concierge also deserve mention as they respond expeditiously when we needed their help. All in all, we were more than happy to have selected this hotel for our 7night stay in Dubai. You can see that the hotel hosts quite a number of meetings and conferences such as the one for Quantity Surveyors. It must surely be because it is one of the more popular hotels in Dubai.
