Check-in in a nearby hotel/restaurant/bar, which was actually very nice and rewarded us with a nice glass of beer after the journey. Nice staff, simple, but very cozy room. Parking not very far from the hotel.

The apartment in the annex building is located in a separate building called Centerhouse Wagrain, which seems to be new. Check in is done via a self check in terminal near the entrance of the building. We were able to enter the apartment 30 minutes earlier than we selected. The apartment was small but equipped with everything needed for a 3 day stay. The bathroom is quite spacious. Ski room is located on the ground floor and is very easily accessible from the outside of the building. During our stay there was a lot of free parking spaces under the building or in it's vicinity. Location of the accomodation is perfect for visiting Wagrain city centre and is also in a walking distance (5 minutes in ski boots) from the gondola.
