We wish to say that Angelina on Reception was totally receptive to our needs, along with the Supervisor (who was equally helpful). Thank you for being one step ahead of your customer and being so gracious! We found ALL staff from restaurant, reception, cleaners and pool staff to be of high standard and friendly/professional. Regarding the buffet restaurant, the food was of high standard and kept interesting rather than repetitive as some buffets can be. Compliments to the hard working kitchen staff. Drinks on the all inclusive were fantastic! Beer, wine, 'champagne', and spirits and cocktails - you wanted for nothing! Also lots of fresh fruit which was appreciated.

The Hotel is amazing with many beautiful places for pictures and selfies 😂Unfortunately I went on the end of the summer season, I met only with the two of their staff -Nikolai at the reception ,who with his charm smile and professional right behaviour made me feel comfortable always to ask more and Plamen ,who welcome me at the hotel was very polite :) It was clean and I had everything I need for my vacation :), cleaning everyday, towels, working Airconditioning system and bath amenities- shampoo,soap, and etc.

You have to firstly start off by saying the staff make this place ! This hotel must have an amazing staff training program as they were just amazing.So professional and attentive to all your needs. The cleanliness of the hotel is first class.The hotel is very modern.The rooms are large with very comfortable beds.Bathrooms/shower are large and very good.Powerful hair dryers and shampoos and soaps provided.The buffet style restaurant was very good.Fresh food and plenty choice was available.The bar was fully stocked with very good choice for a fully inclusive resort.Wines and beers where very good.The swimming pool area was very good and entertainment staff. Would certainly recommend this hotel and will certainly visit again.

The staff was very-very proffesional, and kind, friendly. The food was awesome. The room, and the hotel was well equipped, beautiful. The hotel is in the center of Sunny Beach.
