All-Inclusive Stays in Abu Dabab

This is probably the best hotel we've ever been to. Not only is the hotel resort absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. It's got brilliant facilities. However the best thing about the hotel is the staff. The staff are the best we've ever had at any place we've ever stayed. Mohammed was our room cleaner and he was just brilliant. We loved eating at the Mediterranean restaurant because of the staff who just go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Not only that you can really get to know people and hear about their families and see pictures of their kids. Abdo and the other waiting staff have become our friends. The food was amazing! Everything was delicious and there's such a range to choose from. Mustafa messaged us everyday with details about what was on and we chatted about any needs and he checked in on us every day to make sure that we had everything we need and there was no problems. He even booked us in to gorgeous VIP meals at the different restaurants. When we arrived we were surprised with an upgrade to a sea view which was fantastic. We could hear the sea all night. The facility staff and the people who do the different activities were really friendly and chatty as welll. There was no pressure they just asked and if you wanted to have a chat that was fine.we met Temur who was doing the photography and I would thoroughly recommend going with him. We went scuba diving and that was brilliant and they organised it so well. My son had a really good haircut at the spa and the facilities there are really great and very affordable. Every time you sit down somewhere someone will bring you a cocktail which are delicious and there's food available all over the resort. Even when the weather was a bit cloudy there was plenty to do . We had come from Edinburgh and we were the only British people I think at the hotel which was perfect for us.

Staff at Reception and in the restaurant (Hagag Amhed especially) were very helpful. The dive centre was great too, very professional, safe and nice staff. Food and drinks were excellent- we will definitely be back! Thank you

Excellent location directly facing the Sea, staff very helpful and freindly especially the receptionist, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast buffet was complete and tasty For sure i will come back again

This is my second stay at Concord Moreen and certainly will not be the last one, everything exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious with an astonishing view, the beach was amazing, for relaxing and snorkeling, The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help, especially Mr.Saad I highly recommend Concord Moreen

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now and absolutely love staying at aurora bay marsa alam, the staff treat us more like family now rather than guests. We find all staff and management will and go out of their way to make our stay so excellent. The food is really good and there is always something for everyone. The grounds are kept really tidy, plus you don't get harassed when you go and look around in the shops on site which is always a bonus. The beach is only a very short walk to get to which is absolutely beautiful and again is always kept spotlessly clean, you can get drinks during the day from the beach bar and lunch at designated times, when on the beach don't forget to bring a mask and snorkel because the reef in the bay is so beautiful and not to be missed. And if you want to explore it even more then go scuba diving with ducks diving on the other side of the bay and they will sort you out and get you under the water to explore, my wife and I can't wait to get back and visit everyone at aurora bay real soon.

I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Egypt before going to airport. I wanted to having a relaxing day at the hotel and I couldn't have chosen better! :) As a solo female traveller for the first time in Egypt, it felt great that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great vibe for an all inclusive resort! Full of gardens with flowers and birds, walking around is a paradise! I have arrived to the hotel earlier and they did me a free room upgrade and let me check in immediatly! Also I has my flight was 9pm, it was great the hotel had the option for late check out! The beach was a 5min walk from the room, white sandy, very comfortable chairs and what a reef! I have booked this one due to the comments about its reef, and it is true! It is unbelievably beautiful! They have some hotel restaurant there and a diving centre. Also some activities take place throughout the day! The room was great, with a lovely balcony with see view, mattress was very comfy (and the hotel has a possibility to change the mattress if you are not happy with yours!) I really enjoyed the quiet pace, the kindness of the staff, and that they don't have people bothering you to sell stuff too often (tours, spa, etc). Also the hotel has a lot of sustainable measures in place, almost no plastic and strong policies to preserve their reef! Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 day, but I want to come back! It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun! It does indeed feel like a home far from home!
