The food, service and facilities was amazing. I have never been to a hotel that has been more accommodating. It was always some activities to do if that’s what you like, or a great place to relax. And the personnel that worked there were the nicest most kind people. We had a great stay and would love to come back soon.

Amazing resort and the best staff you will find here! This resort is super clean and new and anything you desire they will help you with at the front office 24/7. The pool is amazing, very big and warm & has amazing staff! It was really a relaxing and blissful stay :)

Honestly this was the perfect getaway resort and a hotel. I felt so welcomed by everyone and well taken care of. Everything is immaculate and clean, the rooms are spacious and clean, beds feel like sleeping on a cloud. The resort has several bars and restaurants and each one exceeded my expectations. But really I wanted to say huge thank you to all management and Massouda, thank you for making me feel at home and taking care of me during my stay. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. We had an incredible experience during our stay! The pool area was fantastic, especially for families. My kids absolutely loved the children's water play zone—it was the highlight of their trip. The dining options were equally impressive. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, catering to all tastes, so no matter what you enjoy, you’ll find something to love.
